Oh, I love peonies. My great grandma gave a couple of peony bushes to my mom and dad when they bought their first home and those plants are still growing today and have been grafted into other plants and given to my siblings and I for our own houses. I love the look and smell of peonies. They’re so lovely, remind me of my family and make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
I love daisies and Hydrangea.
Funny but I love poppies the most, as my state flower. I used to decorate with poppy art work, etc. But in a bouquet give me renunculus any day!

I used to work at a flower shop, so I’m spoiled to have seen so many types of flowers. But my favorites are always lilacs.

Carnations have always been my favorite!
I have a hydrangea bush on the side of the house that grows flowers in different colors due to the minerals in the soil. Some flowers are blue, some are purple, some are white, some are pink and most are a combination of all those colors. Every flower is unique and it’s lovely to see what is growing next. There’s also a rose bush that grows lovely cream-colored roses and a pink tea rose bush in the back of the house.
As far as my favorite flowers, I love any flower that is yellow or orange, but especially chrysanthemums and daisies. And purple flowers are lovely, too. I am terrible with flower names but I love big fluffy blooms.

Tulips, irises and lilies. When I moved two years ago I brought my irises with me and they still haven’t bloomed. :/ They’re green healthy plants without flowers. I guess I should google this. ha ha 🙂

Stargazer lilies are my absolute favorite. Before he was my boyfriend and we were just “hanging out” I told J that they were my favorites, but I think flowers are silly gifts because they don’t last very long. So, the first V-Day after we started dating, he did a massive black and white chalk outline sketch of a stargazer lily and gave it to me. Nearly five years later, it’s still decorating my walls, hanging above our bed 🙂
