Pumpkin Spice maltballs are better than the oranges I thought they were for a quick second.

  2. Roxanne

Ha! I thought those were tomatoes. In any case, glad I’m skipping this month.

  3. PA Anna

I thought they were clementines and then read it as spice meatballs. I’m wondering why the blogger posted 3 items to Instagram. I’m not too sure about this month’s box.

    1. Daniela

ikr i was like spice meatballs… whoa.

  4. Luka

I just wish the Popsugar people had it a little bit more together. Seems like they hit some major bump with the site re-design and have been having a hard time with this month’s roll out.

  5. MARYROSE

I am skipping this month too! so disappointed

    1. Jennifer

We’ve only seen half of it though!

So I’m like the others and when I saw your pic on FB thought it was oranges and wondered why in the world are they sending you oranges and won’t that make the box really heavy to mail. LOL then of course I read it as meatballs and was grossed out so I’m happy its actually maltballs. 🙂 The candle looks cool and neat too.

  7. Margaret

I LOVE Dean & Deluca and am super excited to try the maltballs! I also think the candle is really cute. Can’t wait to see the rest. Thanks for sharing!

Wow surprised folks are already panning the box. As the “food” item, I think the pumpkin Maltballs are great. Besides, they are Dean and Deluca! Not some basic store brand.

Yes “another” candle but this has the twist with it being chalkboard (which is very trendy). I’m already planning on lighting it when I get home from work one night with a “Take Me Out To Dinner” message on it for my husband.

Soap. Perfect gift for my sister for her stocking at Christmas since she likes bar soaps (I’m not the biggest fan).

I will wait patiently (or not) to see what else the box contains!

    1. Lana

I will take “another” candle in every box if they want 😉

  9. Inna

oooooh. I don’t normally love pumpkin-flavored things, but I’m still looking forward to each item!! Can’t wait to see what else they picked!!

They could send me a candle in every box and I’d be just fine with that. I love candles. They always seem to pick pleasant, “neutral” scents too. They also make perfect gifts. So, if you find yourself not using one, just gift it!

I don’t like maltballs (I think it’s the texture), but my boyfriend will enjoy these.

I might end up giving the soap to my mother for Christmas — it depends. My main concern is that it doesn’t really mention its ingredients on their website: it says “pure vegetable soap” that’s enhanced with shea butter and olive oil, but then it says that it’s blended with “fresh leafy greens and sandalwood” for a scent. Is it 100% natural? Anyway, long little rant here, but just need to make sure it won’t irritate my skin. Nothing to complain about, though, because it’s a really great “gift” item.

That being said, I am a little worried about my beloved PopSugar. Their web site went from being fine to extremely slow. Plus, it really saddens me to see so many negative comments about their site/customer service on their FB page. I don’t know what happened over the past few months, but clearly they made some big decisions and possible staff turnover on some front. Something’s different. I’d just love to see the positivity for them back again. My box hasn’t shipped yet, which is concerning since it usually takes 2 weeks to reach me…

Looks good so far! That candle is really cute! I’m all about the chalkboard craze. At first I thought that it said pumpkin spice “meat balls” hahaha – malt balls sound a lot better!

  12. Tammy

This looks like a fun box to me. I don’t have any of those things, and nothing is a turn off. The chalkboard candle will be great for my office at school, the “meat” balls will be eaten by coworkers if they are not for me; I am curious since I do like chocolate maltballs, and I love smelly soaps. I don’t see a big ticket item here, so that’s something to speculate about for what else might be in the box.

  13. Kathy

Think I may have to get this one if only for the candle. That, and I love maltballs and anything pumpkin. Yuck to the bar soap, but can’t wait to see what other goodies there may be.

  14. Patricia

How fun! So curious what else is in the box, I m hoping for a fun pink item in honor of breast cancer month. I am a teacher and have received a few of those chalkboard candles from students and get excited every time. Its a neat candle and if you don’t want to keep it for yourself its a fun teacher gift with a starbucks card or flowers. And if you want to make your message on the candle a little brighter you can pick up some fun chalk pens to use on it.Thanks for the spoilers I love getting a box of “surprise” goodies even if its it not always my fave items. So fun!

    1. Jennifer

I think the candle is fun too! Although I love candles so I may be biased.

    2. Patricia

I must say while I enjoy this box, I am saddened that there appears to be nothing related to breast cancer awareness month included in this box. I do hope there is some mention of Breast cancer and maybe a donation or something included on the card in this box that isn’t obvious from the spoilers. I know not everyone may agree with me but I would hope a box curated for woman would support and at the very least acknowledge such an important and worthy cause that affects so many lovely ladies and their families .I wasn’t a subscriber last october does anyone remember if there was any acknowledgement of it? Fingers crossed there is at least a mention of it in the box, doesn’t need to be anything huge.

      1. Jennifer

In 2012 they did an OPI set that benefited BC awareness. And last year I think there was a Gorjana charity piece.

  15. Aoife K

I read that as “pumpkin meatballs” and sat here for a good five minutes contemplating how they plan on shipping them.

    I think I need a nap, LOL.

  16. Maureen Carney

I am going to hold off on cancelling the subscription. Although I do not agree with the way they are handling the problem, the obviously did not see this coming. I am holding out hope that they will give a credit to subscribers who don’t get their box in time. I am obsessed enough about these boxes to post on these websites, but not getting a box will not bring my world down as some of these people are stating on their Facebook page.

  17. Lin

I didn’t get an email about late shipping and nothing has shown on my account as far as tracking or processing but what did I find on my doorstep this afternoon? October’s PopSugar box. It’s not my favorite but I will use or gift every item so I’m happy with it.

    1. Jennifer

There doesn’t seem to be much appearing on our accounts anymore! The new site needs some work still!
