MissionCute, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscription box full of cute stuff, but with a mission. Each MissionCute box comes with at least 2 items made by small-but-mighty artisans and local businesses and each month they partner with a different nonprofit to help promote their mission.  50% of the net proceeds of each box are donated to the chosen monthly nonprofit and MissionCute also sponsors and works on a service project each month in their community.

The first look was adorable!  The packaging and presentation was great and it made me wanted to dig right in!

The Information Card

The June 2014 MissionCute partner was “The Vasculitis Foundation” and 50% of the net proceeds of this month’s box were donated to them.  The box doesn’t have a stated theme (other than sending cute stuff), but my box included the following items:

~Baby Mama Sew Shop Coin Purse ($8): This cute coin purse was handmade in Texas.  I still have dreams of learning to sew.  I really do.  I have decided that what’s holding me back now is that I don’t have a dedicated space to do it in.  LOL. I swear I am going to learn eventually.  I swear.

~Mint Strawberry Summer Scarf ($16): Totally love.  The colors, the pattern, everything.  This scarf is very soft and is perfect for summer.

~YAY Coasters from Red Bird Ink ($5): I love fun coasters and have collected an assortment of them from various subscription boxes over the years.  I don’t mind at all that I have two sets of these, two sets of those, etc.  I just need to figure out what I can put them all which both shows them off and makes them easily accessible.

~Joejackets Drink Sleeve ($6.99): I have never thought to use a drink sleeve to cup my drinks cooler in the summer, but I really like that idea.  Plus it makes your drink cup even cuter!

~Dream Infinity Bracelet ($12): Of course I think this is cute!  I got a sort of similar one in a different box earlier and loved that one, so I like this as well.

All totaled I came up with a value of $47.99 for the June 2014 MissionCute Box.  Boxes start at $29/month and I always think they are adorable.  If you want to go back and check out what they have done for previous boxes, they show them all on their website which I love!

Can you make a garland with the coasters? Wouldn’t that be cute for bbq’s or something?

I do still want to be able to use them though.

Is it possible to go back and buy past boxes? I love this box and wished I got gotten it!

I don’t believe so, but I am not 100% sure.
