70% Off Target Valentine’s Day Clearance Finds

Disclosure: If you make a purchase through the links posted below, I may receive a small compensation. Read the full disclosure.

I mentioned it in my post yesterday, but Target’s Valentine’s Day clearance went to 70% off yesterday, which I totally wasn’t expecting. I have no idea when it will get to 90% off, but I would love if it was tomorrow! I didn’t think the selection was amazing this year by any means, but I did grab a few things.

I was very excited to find more Nordic Ware cookie sheets for $3 and I have now thrown out all my old nasty ones.  This had me so excited I can’t even tell you.  I also picked up a bunch of the Angry Birds packs for gift bags for L’s friends which I am sure they will love.  And like I mentioned earlier, I had to pick up a few spatulas for my collection.

If you are new to Target clearance shopping, check out my post here for some tips and tricks to find things! Happy shopping and report back and let me know what you found!!

OMG… do they have more of those plush throws at your Target?!?!?!? I went back to mine and they were gone and I was devastated!!! I will so paypal you some money…oh wait, is this awkward that I’m asking this?!?!!? I’m dying to get one of those….I loved them at full price but not enough to buy one, but I’m loving the $2.99 price!!!!!

My Target Valentine’s selection was very sad, not too much left. I did get a bag of Conversation Hearts. Could not find any spatulas. I did pick up an “E” coffee mug.

I went today as well. I would have loved to get those Starbucks coffee mugs but didn’t see them (didn’t look for them). Great finds. Maybe I should go look for those mugs…I picked up some of those plush toys.. those were adorable. I got some treat bags and Valentine’s card pack (which the cashier was generous enough to include in the 70% off items).

Looks like you did great! We were traveling on Friday and I didn’t get to Target until later in the evening and the shelves were more or less bare.
I do love when kitchenware is seasonal at Target. I have gotten some great deals that way!

Awesome pile of Target loot! I love, love, love the XOXO blocks! Were they hidden with other housewares or mixed with the ransacked Valentine’s aisle? I tried to get the spatulas and Angry bird toys too but neither rang up in clearance today…booo. I did find several other fun things like temporary tattoos, crayons, and fun plates! 🙂 If you find an extra set if blocks I will totally buy them from you! Happy shopping!!!

I still haven’t made it to Target. My son goes back to preschool tomorrow so maybe I can hit one up. 🙂

My Target was pretty wiped out, so only picked up some chocolates and Tootsie Roll pops. 🙁

I went to Target on my lunch break today, to find that the valantine’s clearance was 90%! Well, for the valentines/heart branded stuff anyway. The Sesame Street characters, Disney Princesses and My Little Ponies were ringing up at 70% off, still. I’m going to hit a few more stores tonight and see if that’s what I find there as well. Bummer. It is ridiculous that I won’t buy them for less than 90% off? Or that I have postponed my evening plans to see what I can score at other Target locations?

Thanks for this post!! Sent my mom to the one Target near her that supposedly had the Sesame Street characters and she got one set of each for my son. Wish there had been more to use for birthday party favors, but at least they rang up at $1.79 — the clerk told her they were on sale for $4.99 when she called ahead but they range up at $1.79!! I live in Manhattan and we do have one Target, plus there is one in Brooklyn and one in Queens that are on the subway… hmm, maybe I will head out to those this weekend…

One other question… what’s the next holiday after which Target will do clearance? Easter and then 4th of July?
