I wanted to do something different for this years jars. In previous years I did red & white and red & green, both of which I loved, but change is good. I decided to put my homemade ornament wreath on the mantle this year, which made me want to do a Colorful Christmas theme all over the inside (here are some of last years ideas).  And of course, I had to start with the jars.  I used tinsel, colorful ornaments and bows.  Easy to do, readily available and cheap.  I’ll try to take a picture without the glare, but for now, this is what you are getting ;).

And just in case you are dying to see, here is the mantle in-progress.  I need to figure out how to hook some garland to the top of the mirror.  That’s B’s tomorrow project….

Are you decorating this weekend?  My house is currently a MESS.  1/2 fall decorations.  1/2 Christmas.   Thankfully I am NOT having Thanksgiving at my house ;).
