The December 2015 Yogi Surprise theme was “Gifting and Receiving” and contained the following items:
~Power Yoga: The Card Set ($12.95): This deck of cards includes beautiful illustrations for sun-salutations, poses, breathing techniques and more. It’s a really cool set and would work for those of all levels.
~Voke Vitalizers Starter Kit ($7): These little tabs are designed to give you a boost of natural energy for a few hours. They contain about the same amount of caffeine as a strong cup of tea and aren’t supposed to give you the jitters. Since I have been sick I haven’t tried these yet. I am going to need them for that power Christmas present shopping trip that is going to have to happen soon though!
~OM Lavender Sachet ($12): The information card lists this at $12 which I thought seemed high until I started googling. It seems like they range in price from like $5 – $20! Wow! I am going to use this in my closet to keep everything smelling great.
~Real Beauty for a Cause (Sweet Orange and Cinnamon) ($16): This smells amazing! All Real Beauty for a Cause products are 100% natural and handmade in small batches. I’ve used this already and like how silky smooth it leaves my skin. And I love how good it makes the bathroom smell when I get out of the shower!
~Buddha Tea Crown Chakra Tea ($8.99): I pretty much expect Yoga boxes to have tea in them so this wasn’t a surprise. I have a bunch of tea set aside for my cousin up-north and I will add this to the pile. Basically I will say that you should always expect to receive tea in yoga boxes!
~Aura Cacia Clove Bud Essential Oil ($6.04): Clove Bud essential oil is said to evoke a “calm energy that can motivate action”. I haven’t gotten a chance to get into essential oils as much as I would like, but I do have a diffuser and hope to start using it more when things calm down after the New Year.
All totaled I came up with a value of $62.98 for the December 2015 Yogi Surprise. Many of the prices I located for the items were less than what was noted on the information card. The differences weren’t huge, but I did want to point it out. Overall, I thought the box was solid. I love the yoga cards and the scrub is amazing!

I know that you have mentioned no being a fan of tea. But this tea is incredible!!! I am in love with it. Full of flavor, it really doesnt need anything else to sweeten it.
i tried the Voke tabs and they were great as well. They really helped boost my treadmill game.
The yoga cards are fun for my kids and I. We pull a card and practice the poses. This box was a total hit for me!
