The Boodle Box is a monthly subscription box full of adorable accessories and beauty products that encourage girls of all ages (boxes are broken down into a 5-10 age group and a 11+ age group) to uncover new things and discover themselves in the process! This box is for the 11+ age group (which is called the Boodle Box Two), but you don’t have to be a tween or teen to enjoy it. I am well over that age and love it!
The Boodle Box ships via USPS. Boxes arrive at the very beginning of the month (or at the end of the previous month), which I absolutely love.
I didn’t realize The Boodle Box was coming and couldn’t wait to rip it open when I saw it! I get almost as excite for The Boodle Box as I do for POPSUGAR boxes!
The December 2015 The Boodle Box theme is “Festive Fun” and included the following items:
~Faux Fur Cowl Neck Warmer (Etsy) ($17.99): This is so incredibly soft and cozy! It’s “warm” here or else I would have worn it out immediately! It’s not bulky so you can easily wear it under your coat and not be uncomfortable at all.
~3-Piece Sparkle Headband Set (New York & Company) ($8): This is a set of three separate headbands. They can be worn together if you like, but they are three separate pieces. They are fun and sparkly and I love them.
~Zoya Nail Polish (India) ($9): India is described as a “deep, luxurious red with a gold liquid metallic shimmer”. I wasn’t planning on doing my nails before dinner today because they are going to get all messed up doing the floors tomorrow, but this color! It’s stunning and will be amazing for Thanksgiving!
~Halo Cosmetic Nail Charms by Blush Beauty (~$4.20): These are little charms for your nails. I am not totally sure how you apply them, but I will figure it out. There is a butterfly, a bow, a snowflake and a ladybug I think.
~Leopard Vanilla Nail Polish Remover Pads from Organic Cinderella ($5.23): These nail polish remover pads are awesome for traveling, but I don’t recommend trying to remove glitter polish with them. I actually don’t know how I would recommend removing glitter polish. LOL!
~Pearl Bow Necklace from Chromall ($5.83):This almost matches the bow nail charm. The color is almost a rose gold and the bow pearls with a bit of sparkle. It’s very sweet.
~popbar Hot Chocolate on a Stick ($2.99): These are awesome and so fun! You put them in a cup of warm milk and it turns into delicious hot chocolate as the bar melts.
All totaled I came up with a value of $53.24 for the December 2015 The Boodle Box! I just love this box and always look forward to it. If you’re outside their suggested range I still recommend this one. I think it’s great for tweens / teens and “older” teens alike ;).
What do you think of The Boodle Box? If you are interested in subscribing or just want to learn more, click here. They also a shop and have individual items from past boxes, some limited edition themed boxes, previous months boxes and more in there! Totally check it out!
No Black Friday code? Not even a 10% off code or anything? 🙁
I love the scarf and hot chocolate on a stick! This 30-something will gladly take those plus the polish and polish remover pads!! That’s my new favorite way to remove most polish. FYI – for glitter polish, Julep has a special remover kit which I bought but haven’t tried yet.
For removing glitter polish — felt! Like the kind kids use for crafts. Unlike cotton, it won’t just pull apart as easily. The tin foil method beforehand helps as well.
OMG I am so trying this next time!
