Fabletics is the brainchild of actress and co-founder Kate Hudson, who partnered with the team behind JustFab to develop a multi-functional wardrobe solution for today’s active woman. Each month you’ll receive a new workout outfit (pieces you may select from include tops, tanks, tees, sports bras, hoodies, jackets, leggings, pants and shorts) starting at $49.95.  If you aren’t interested in any of the items that month, don’t need anything, etc. you are free to skip the month (just do so by the 5th of the month) and you won’t be charged which I totally love!

First Look

As usual, all of my items arrived individually sealed in plastic bags. In all the months I have been subscribing, I have never had an issue with a damaged or incorrect item.  I ordered the Winnipeg outfit which included the following pieces:

~Balm Tank (Arctic) ($15.95 / $29.95): I have never tried this particular tank style before and while I wasn’t sold on it online I figured I’d give it a shot. I am glad I tried it because now I know I am not a fan of it. AT ALL. It looks okay on the model, but it in real life it’s so short and boxy. The reviews online are mostly positive, but on me? Nope. Just nope.

~Salar Capri (Northern Lights Reflective Print) ($44.95 / $64.95): These pants are obviously the reason I went for this outfit. They are awesome. I have always loved the salar (thank you auto-correct for trying to change that to salad) capri (very comfortable and stylish) and this pattern is one of my favorites. I love the ombre and the reflective “stars”. Fabulous!

Had I not been a Fabletics subscriber this outfit would have cost me $94.90, but since I am a member I got it for $59.95. I love the pants and will chalk that tank up as a learning experience. I know that Fabletics has recently opened a handful of retail stores and I am curious if any of you have been to one? If so, what’s the pricing like?

What do you think of Fabletics?  Something you’d check out?  New members can try their first outfit for 50% off right now (no coupon code necessary), so if you are interested in ordering or just want to check out their outfits, click here. I should mention that if you take advantage of the 50% off first outfit offer, you WILL be enrolled in their monthly subscription. You are free to cancel at any time and it’s super easy to skip a month if getting an outfit every month isn’t for you, but I just wanted to give you a heads up because I see a lot of posts from people who didn’t realize that this would happen.

You can return the shirt. Their customer service is great! I received a pair of pants that looked terrible on me and they let me pick out any pair I wanted for the same price or less. Super easy!

I almost got that same outfit bc the capris look awesome! But I skipped the month instead.

The location 20 minutes from me in Cincinati is opening this weekend!! But I’m going to miss the grand opening this Saturday bc we’re going to this darn camping, party type thing 3 hours away… I was already not super looking forward to it (though I know l’ll have fun when get there) but now I’m kinda mad. Grrrr. LOL

I’ll try to visit after work one day next week and will let you know about prices.

I’m curious, how you wear these? Do you wear your fabletics to work out in? To Target? Around the house? I love their clothes too(especially the fun patterned leggings) but it’s getting cold here now and I just don’t know where I’d wear them.

I wear them to do all of those things! We have pretty cold winters so I tend to go for the outfits with long leggings and a jacket/sweatshirt/etc. A lot of the clothes look really thin in the photos but are actually warm and fleecy or sweatshirt-y. I think they keep capris/tanks for the folks who live in year-round warm climates.

I went to the St. Louis Fabletics store this past weekend! They have both the men’s and women’s items in store and according to the sales person, if you are a current Fabletics member then you get the member pricing in store as well! All items are marked with the non-member price, but I guess they can tell you what the member price would be???
