Better Half Box ships via USPS and take just a few days ago arrive.
This review is on the the Women’s Better Half Box, but you can check out my review on the Men’s box here. You can select your box preference at checkout and there is a questionnaire that asks your birthday, anniversary, etc. because they do send special boxes for those occasions.
The June 2015 “Movie Star Gorgeous” themed Better Half Box included the following items:
~Luxurious Sugar Scrub in Wild Orchid Gardenia (~$15): This is a Better Half Box exclusive so I had to estimate the price. It smells fabulous and the consistence on it is fabulous. It kind of reminds me of LUSH Ocean Salt!
~Stemless Wine Glass – “Movie Star Gorgeous” (~$5): This is also a Better Half Box exclusive. I am a big fan of stemless wine glasses. They are much sturdier (is that the right word?) than stemmed ones. By that I mean it’s harder to accidentally knock it off the table after you’ve had a few glasses.
~Geometric Elastic Hair Ties by Elena’s Bows ($5): This is super cute selection! I can always use more hair ties and because I am constantly losing them or they get all stretched out and gross.
~Gourmet Bath Bombs by Two Sisters Spa (Black Raspberry Vanilla) ($4.99): I really don’t take enough baths. I get so many fun bath goodies and really should use them more! Better Half Box sent out a variety of scents on this including Honey & Shea, Cucumber Melon, Relaxing Lavender and Blooming Jasmine, but I think I got the best with the Black Raspberry Vanilla!
~Professional Makeup Brush Set by Crown Brush ($17.99): So many brushes in this set! Great for traveling and I love the roll up case. I have mentioned it before but I tend to shy away from purchasing expensive brushes because I end up losing them or storing them improperly.
~Movie Trivia by Gadgets and Gear ($7.95): Whoever plays this game with me is going to win. It won’t even be a battle. LOL! I am awful! But I had fun trying to guess the movie trivia. My mom, on the other hand, would rock this game!
~Cocktail Rim Sugar Tin by Dell Cove Spice Company ($4.25): I think every drink tastes better with a sugar rim. That’s a fact. B & I will use this for some of the included recipes and I will probably also do something fun with the kids with it. I know they’d think it was pretty neat.
~Lip Cream by Glamour Dolls ($2.99): Gorgeous color! I don’t know where my swatch picture disappeared to, but it was a very nice soft pink.
All totaled I came up with a value of $63.17 for the June 2015 Better Half Box for Her. I really enjoyed this box, but I don’t think I loved it as much as I did the Men’s Box this month. Although next month I bet I’ll love the Women’s box more.
