~Good morning! I am still in a fantastic mood today because of 1) that Michigan State win and 2) the fact that I (still) don’t have the flu. But mainly it’s the MSU win. FINAL FOUR!
~We’ve got a lot to catch up on this week including visiting with the Easter Bunny! I had big plans to take the kids last week and then was thinking about going to a few local Easter events over the weekend, but with everyone being sick that never happened. Easter Baskets need to be prepared and we need to dye eggs as well. And I think that L wants to have a pre-Easter Easter egg hunt so I am going to see if I can’t make that happen before Sunday too. Oh and speaking of Easter Baskets, what are you putting in your kid’s baskets this year?
~I don’t really know what subscription boxes are going to appear this week. I think The Boodle Box, Five Four Club, Kiwi Crate, maybe Julep (it hasn’t shipped yet, but it will soon), Wantable and probably a few more? The last week of the month and the first few days of the next month are generally slow.
~A few things I am loving right now.. 1) Mexican Coca-Cola. Okay, so maybe I don’t totally love it, but I loved running into it at Target (for real). The difference between Mexican Coke and US Coke is that the Mexican version is sweetened with cane sugar instead of high-fructose corn syrup which is what the US version is made with. Anyway, I like it better the US version and I think it’d be fun if they sold a 6-pack with 6 different Coke versions from around the world! 2) Spartan Selfie App It’s a free app and will add a Spartan helmet to any picture you want. See how regal Baxter looks? 3) Kate Spade Bow Socks. I saw these at Marshalls for $6 a pack and could’t pass them up. My store had a ton of different patterns and I am hoping they end up marked down again so I can get more. 4) Target Greenroom Notebooks. They have 3 different versions and are like $5 each. Love.

I am a Louisville fan so I admit that the MSU win it’s kinda sad for me. Great game though. Definitely a nail biter!

We’ve been buying cases of the Mexican coke at our local Costco for years. So much better than the American stuff…and it works wonderful in a Rum and Coke 🙂
I forgot to let you know I shipped a RAK of sox..you should have gotten today..meant to send with valentine boxes and starbux ornaments but forgot and then you mentioned where do all the Sox go..lol..happy easter and let’s go Spartans..still make baskets for all my brothers and sisters and deliver in the middle of the night..we r in our 60s

Mexican coke is wonderful to use with crockpot roasts. The cane sugar Carmelites. Delicious!
