It does bother me that I paid $50 extra for mine. Popsugar needs to do something for their loyal customers. I normally don’t complain especially when they continue to offer monthly discounts and I’ve already purchased an annual subscription but this discount is frustrating!
I agree! I’m annoyed that I already ordered it for the full price. If they were going to offer $50/off, they should have just sold it for $200 to everyone. I’m kinda ticked and now regret purchasing it.

Yeah that really pisses me off a lot. I begged them for a return and now I know why they didn’t do it. Cause they couldn’t sell the stock they had since they knew it wasn’t anything special. Granted, I do actually like everything in it, I am mostly being bitter. I just don’t think this was worth $250.00 and can’t gift anything in it because I thought it’d be more homewares like last year..
Everyone is different, but to me this box still isn’t even worth $200. I can get over 5 regular boxes for that price and feel like I’d have more to gift to friends for birthdays and what not. I can think of better ways to spend $200. Also, this isn’t the first time Popsugar (and other sub box companies) has miffed loyal customers. Every month they put out codes to draw in new customers, while those who prepay or buy early get nothing extra.
I didn’t even buy this box and I’m mad!! 8 can’t imagine how I’d be feeling if I had bought it!!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m almost positive it’s only a matter of time before PSMH goes out of business. Customers are dropping like flies and the ones who are sticking around keep saying they will give them “one more chance”.
They used to be one of the best sub boxes. I’m not sure why they are doing this to themselves or what’s going on behind the scenes but I wish we’d get the old PSMH back ; (
This is just a Neiman Marcus code that can be used on anything in the store, including the PopSugar box. It’s not PopSugar’s fault that Neiman Marcus offered a coupon code that happened to work on the box.
I just bought it through ebates and with the coupon code. Sad as it is, I don’t even love the box! (I have a problem) My logic is that I can gift what ever I don’t want and at $25 an item, that’s a great buy.
