iBbeautiful, who sent me this box to review, offers an innovative way for tween + teens girls to explore, sample + fall in love with inspiring beauty, accessory + lifestyle products (each box contains 3-5 items) – in the comfort of their own homes – through a monthly box subscription service. iBbeautiful aims to inspire girls to be their best with their natural beauty, which is a great thing for sure.
iBbeautiful ships via USPS Priority Mail. Â Orders before the 15th of the month will receive a box for that month. Â Orders after the 15th will be shipping the following month. Â All boxes are shipped towards the end of the month.
I couldn’t tell anything at all from the first look. Â It took a bit of digging to get to the items, but they were in there.
The June 2014 iBbeautiful box theme was “The Sunshine Box” and was all about taking advantage of the summer months to do all those things you’ve been wanting to do because you were too busy with school. Â The message was about being your own sunshine and not to let anything hold you back! Â Here is what was included:
~Summer Scarf ($22): Ohh, cute! Â This blue is so pretty and the material is a link a crinkly fabric, so you never have to worry about ironing it. Â As a grown-up I love it and I would have probably loved it even more as a teen.
~Anklet ($10): I thought the anklet was cute and then I read the information card to go along with it and thought it was even cuter. Â Instead of tying a string around your finger to remind you to make your own sunshine this summer, they included this little bow anklet to help you!
~Notebook & Pen ($12): This set was included to inspire you to write down the things you want to accomplish, do and experience this summer. Â I am digging that pen for sure!
~SBG Soap Pink Sugar Body Butter ($8): The card on this says Peppermint Fluff, but the label says Pink Sugar and it smells like frosting so I am going with pink sugar. Â And I love it. Â It’s thick, but still fluffy and smells fabulous.
All totaled I came up with a value of $52 for the June 2014 iBbeautiful Box! The box itself is $19.95 (theT-Shirt Box which has all of items in the Basic Box plus a t-shirt is $29.95)so this month was a fabulous value!

I think it’s a cute box but I’m not sure my 14 year old would think it’s totally cool enough lol. She def. wouldn’t wear a t-shirt because she’s very picky. I think it would have been a neat thing from ages 10-13, but at her current age, she’s more into the beauty box and now she wants ipsy. Maybe it was the Teen Vogue she subscribed to last year that has made her more ‘worldly’…. 😛
But I wanted to add–she’d LOVE that scarf for sure.
